Our biggest achievements come from not the things we accumulate but the lives we touch. Hear the success stories of the lives transformed by Ritesh while he lived true to his purpose of giving love and happiness to and through all those who get connected with him.
I have worked with Ritesh Sir as my life coach at several points in my life. Whenever I was going through a phase of marked transition, I turned to him for support. The first time I took his sessions was when I was convinced that I wanted to opt for the humanities stream but was unable to stand my ground due to the social stigma and uncertainty we attach with it. His sessions helped me evaluate the pros and cons, and then finally gain the courage to choose for myself what I felt really inclined towards.
Two years later again, when I was stressed over my college admissions and was confused between all the options available to me, he helped me approach the challenge at hand positively and seek solutions that would empower me to make this choice. As a result, I spoke to various industry experts in my chosen fields and arrived at a decision of what works best for me.
Another way he has helped me through these years is by getting me to discover how to communicate my point of view across to my family – particularly related to some unpopular choices – in a way that encourages dialogue instead of conflict.
Ritesh Sir is a positive man who does not force his own choices and decisions on you. In my school years, I had come across helping adults who unintentionally tried to push their own agenda on you. They seemed to be operating from authority. I always felt like an equal in my sessions with Ritesh Sir and never felt that my opinions were unheard or unvalued. That has given me a profound sense of responsibility.
Having Ritesh as a life coach has brought in me a spiritual metamorphosis. The most significant thing that I have received from him is a non-judgmental, safe space where I am able to embrace my most authentic and vulnerable self without any doubt overpowering me. He has helped me emerge as a more confident, secure, and inwardly-looking person.
I have been able to add to the depth and intensity of my happiness, my own calling in life, and sense of fulfilment through his sessions. He has worked with me tirelessly in bringing balance, honesty, and healthy boundaries to the way I relate to people around me (something I used to grapple with immensely). He has supported me in my journey of finding compassion, love, and acceptance for myself within myself. As a coach, he has always met me as someone who is forward-looking, holding me in positive focus, and is fully attentive to my growth. I have been able to have life-changing revelations about my personal values, my life purpose, and my inner guidance system through his sessions.
Ritesh has been someone who helped me pull myself up when I was at my lowest. He helped me develop the awareness within me about what I am meant for. I could see my own potential through his sessions.
One of the things that really worked for me through his sessions was to be able to turn challenges that life offers into opportunities. Being a single parent, his sessions have helped me see how parenting alone can be used as a strength rather than a shortcoming. He has helped me find the fine balance between me as a parent and me as an individual. I think I am able to stay true to myself and make more independent, positive, and loving choices now for both me and my child.
I wasn’t too happy and satisfied with the choices I was making within my professional space. Yet, to be able to break the cycle of those choices was not something that I was able to implement myself. This led me to an unhappy zone at work wherein I would question my capabilities every now and then. Despite working really hard, I wasn’t able to achieve the desired outcomes. It was during this time that I decided to seek external support.
From my first session with Mr. Bhatia, I knew he was the coach for me. I had never had a life coach before. But the conversations that I could have with Ritesh were so powerful and organic that I felt comfortable right from the start. His sessions have helped me make empowered choices at work and grow professionally. I, now, work with immense confidence and purpose professionally. The impact has also trickled down to my personal life where I am able to now find a greater balance. His sessions have been instrumental in bringing zeal and love in my work and life in general. Taking up life coaching sessions with Ritesh has been one of the best decisions of my life.
Moving from college and student life to a professional space was not one of the easiest transitions for me. It was accompanied with many emotions and changes that I was feeling quite overwhelmed to cope up with. It is during this time that I started engaging with Ritesh Sir as my life coach.
His sessions helped me make meaning out of my emotions and plan proactively for what I could expect on the way. He supported me in seeing things from a rational viewpoint and while doing so prodded me to tackle this phase of my life with greater responsibility, ownership, level-headedness, and enthusiasm.
He is a great coach who ensures that his sessions never disregard or demean how you are feeling. He intuitively understands your mind space and helps you in a way that you need.
I have always been a naturally loving and caring person. Sometimes that has put me at a risk of feeling burned out or choosing the happiness of others at my own cost. My coaching sessions with Ritesh began at a time when staying true to who I am was seeming like a foolish choice.
As my life coach, Ritesh helped me put things into perspective and supported me in turning to my divine source for guidance. He facilitated the process for me to embrace my divine nature without any regrets and second-guessing involved. Due to this, I am learning each day to use my high emotional awareness as a strength rather than a burden.
I love how patiently and attentively Ritesh listens to me in all my sessions and helps me find my answers for myself. I am not the receiver of these sessions; instead, I am the one who drives them and discovers from within me what works best for me. I am grateful for the positivity that his coaching is bringing into my life.
I want to thank Ritesh for offering such a wonderful service to people in their 20S. He is a great coach and I deeply value the time we have spent together in our sessions so that I could make the progress I desired in my life. I have come this far along in my goals and have this much courage to push forward without anyone’s support because of the space to work on myself that he provided me in the sessions. I feel much more confident going through college and navigating through my emotions. I have achieved challenging career objectives, improved my personal and professional relationships, and found greater balance in my life. The sessions allowed me to realise and play to my strengths and tread on the path of a greater sense of purpose.
I met Ritesh while I was going through, what seems like, the lowest phase of my life. He appeared to me like a God-sent soul who helped me carve a path for myself in order to tackle the challenges I was facing. Through his sessions, I was able to find for myself hope, clarity of thoughts, new life lessons, and the confidence that I will reach the finish line come what may.
He helped me discover that I was no less than the toughest pillar in the world who might get shaken by the tides but cannot be broken. As I reconnected to my inner values and gifts, I gained the confidence that I can successfully bring up my son alone and can be a great single parent. I learned how to say no when I wanted to say no and set myself as my biggest priority. I began to see the challenges as ‘a bend in the road’ and not as ‘the end of the road’.
Ritesh’s coaching came to me at a point when I could have made decisions as a mother, daughter, and a woman that might not have been true to me. However, his sessions helped me remember who I really was and saved me from these choices. I consider myself lucky to have him as my coach. May God bless him to create a difference in more lives.
Before someone close referred Ritesh to me, I was doing strictly alright in my life. I am generally a happy-go-lucky person, but the lockdown brought a completely new low for me, both personally as well as professionally. By the grace of God, I still had my job but I found myself questioning a lot with respect to what I am doing and what I really want to do.
In my sessions with Ritesh, I was taken by how intently Ritesh would listen to all that I had to say and would encourage me to comfortably share. He helped me bring to surface and unpeel the layers of quite a lot of things that had happened which I had clearly ignored up until my sessions. I was amazed at how well Ritesh understood it all and while he was mostly warm and nice, he was also direct and frank with his questions. They always pushed me to think deeper and gain clarity. Personally, the clarity and courage I gained through his sessions helped me carry out the resolutions I was setting for myself in my sessions. As a result, I could see a visible change in the environment around me.
Going through life’s struggles and tribulations, while fulfilling the various roles expected out of me, I had lost touch with myself. I had started feeling like a dead fish floating in the river of life.
I believe that it was divine providence that brought me in touch with Ritesh. The very first time I interacted with him, his sincere and non-judgmental approach to issues inspired my confidence.
His sessions helped me immensely. As a coach, Ritesh gently yet firmly held a mirror in front of me which helped me reconnect with the lost me – the positive, lively, happy Me. This entire process has been immensely liberating for me and has brought in tremendous inner peace. I believe Ritesh’s coaching has enriched and touched not only my life but also through me the lives of those around me.
Ritesh Sir worked with me as my coach over the past few months while I was struggling to find the next step in my career and exploring the possibility of graduating abroad. Sir has been fantastic! He helped me discover and understand my values, set actionable objectives for all that I want to accomplish, become empowered to tackle current issues, and explore mindfully the prospects that interested me related to my career and field of study in college.
I was so pleased with the structure and focus of each of his sessions. I can honestly say that I am able to balance my school with other aspects of my life and my own personal development due to his sessions. He also supported me in developing the skill of non-defensive communication.
His techniques allowed me to realise my strengths and appreciate my journey while keeping in focus a greater sense of purpose. Ritesh Sir has helped me emerge into a more confident and fulfilled individual.
Ritesh has an extremely unique approach to personal coaching. His focus has never been on giving me a ready-made solution for a challenge, but in helping me discover the root cause of the problem and in turn designing my own solutions for it.
The overall process of coaching he takes is very personalised, yet structured. The questions he asks are insightful yet very easy to understand. The sessions are interesting and time just flies away!
Work sometimes sucks you in and you don’t realise that the world has moved past you while you were stuck. This is a situation which eventually will make you ask yourself did you lose something, is this right? You may not find answers and seek some professional help. I was lucky to have met Ritesh to help me answer these questions and also help me see through various other avenues.
I was impressed by Ritesh’s ability to patiently listen and calmly work with me in navigating my own thought process and be guided by my own value system around these questions, even when some questions seemed difficult for me to explore. I believe empowering others is a skill that comes naturally to Ritesh which helped and continues to help me throughout my professional and personal journey. Thank you, Ritesh Bhai!
How do I begin this because there is so much to write! I met Ritesh through a friend and for another very dear friend or soul sister of mine. She has had a very traumatic life and well it did not end for her, but looking at the circumstances she was in, her will to live was slowly fading.
Ritesh entered the equation – helping us realise that as long as there is will, there is a way. She gathered the will and Ritesh helped her discover the way. His sessions helped her emerge as a stronger and happier person by the day. As an outsider to the sessions, I could notice that it took her some time and it took Ritesh’s immense patience to manage this. He was always calm about my friend’s situation and honest about the progress she was making.
At present, after a considerable number of sessions with Ritesh, I see in my friend that same happy, bubbly, confident, and centred girl emerging. She is becoming more and more of a mother who is full of love, a working woman who is full of confidence and achievements, and a daughter who is full of care. Most importantly, I can now see her revealing through her a woman who is full of life and love for herself.
COVID has changed many things for me personally – it has made me a more humble person and one of the major reasons behind this is Ritesh. During the lockdown, there were moments when I was filled with despair. It was then that a family friend who had taken Ritesh’s assistance in the past and spoke highly of him introduced me to Ritesh. I was impressed by his skills of patient listening, understanding, and nudging me to analyse the problems I was facing. His coaching sessions opened a new avenue of answers and helped me change my perspective in a positive way. This help was tremendous and I would suggest anyone seeking coaching for any reason to give Ritesh a chance to partner with them.
When do you feel your best, happiest self? Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and invest a minute to ponder on the question. Do you hear an inner voice trying to speak to you?
Where does this voice originate from? Could it be possible that there exists within you something truly powerful and magnificent that knows the answers even before the questions are asked?
What would a connection to such a powerful and magnificent self feel like? How would it change the course of your everyday life? Would it make you a fuller person?
Life coaching is a guided journey that you embark on to come face to face with your powerful and magnificent sense of self. This personal expedition to happiness and fulfilment is based on the premise that there throbs in each one of us an evolved being, a divine source, our core that has innate wisdom available in the form of our life purpose, core values, and natural talents that are unique to us.
Once you learn to identify and make use of this treasure-chest stored safely in your core, you begin to unravel for yourself a life of abundance, well-being, and emotional prosperity. It provides and nourishes you with the resources that you require to not only solve your day-to-day challenges (such as how do I work towards a promotion, how do I become more honest in my relationships) but also receive higher intelligence on some of the existential seekings of your soul (such as how does my work fit in my larger vision of life, how is my higher sense of self manifesting in my relationships).
The more you begin to use your innate talents and core values to align your actions with your powerful magnificent self, the more truly and in entirety you begin to accomplish your life purpose. This rhythm that you, thus, create between your core and your actions – your ‘being’ and your ‘doing’ – empowers you to:
In a nutshell, life coaching is an introspective process that encourages you to open up and receive the infinite wisdom from the deepest and highest version of you in order to help you live your best, happiest self.
And when do you feel your best, happiest self? Every time you cherish and live by your core!
While you may have heard the words ‘coach’, ‘mentor’, and ‘counsellor’ being used interchangeably with one another, the approach that each one of them takes to help an individual varies significantly.
A coach is someone who partners with you ‘in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximise your personal and professional potential’. The intent of a coach is not to limit you with their own beliefs of which areas of your life you should improve and how, but instead their goal is to empower you in defining your own desired area of growth and then connecting with the answers within to stimulate transformation. Therefore, the way of the coach is not offering you advice or suggestions but prompting you with a series of questions and tasks. The coach perceives you as a ‘whole’ being with a strong core where all solutions are found and pathways of new ways of being in the world are developed.
A mentor is usually an experienced professional who is believed to have seniority and more knowledge over the individual he or she is mentoring. A mentor does not really look at fleshing out answers and solutions from within you. Their goal, instead, is to share with you the knowledge they have gathered as a result of their expertise. Therefore, the way of a mentor is to define goals in consensus with you and then give you a plan of action to achieve them.
A counsellor is a medically certified professional who can help you deal with mental health and personality issues. It is important to remember that ‘while coaching can be therapeutic, it is not therapy’. It is only a counsellor who has the expertise and the authority to handle an individual with a mental health requirement. The way of a counsellor is based on medical models and treatments.
Needless to say, all three approaches are useful, and have a specific purpose to serve. Having a clear understanding of what you are looking for in an engagement with a helping professional can support you in deciding which one of them you should work with.
Based on half a decade of experience in the area of coaching, Ritesh believes that there is no life which cannot transform and become fuller and happier through the means of life coaching.
Yet, for the sake of convenience, the simple checklist given below can help you identify if life coaching is what you are looking for at the moment.
If you resonate with any of the above, working with a life coach can help you redesign your environment and nourish beliefs, attitudes, and actions that serve your core values and purpose.
We live on a planet which spreads across 510 million square kilometres in surface area yet, despite its massiveness, a mere 5 inches screen has made available to us almost all the information we need. That too in an instant of a touch!
Come to think of it – what is it in life that we cannot search over the web and find answers to? Almost nothing! Except the workings of our inner being, our core values, our natural talents, and our life purpose! The answers for those can only be driven from within which is why they become the key to success, achievement, and fulfilment in life.
Through his series of interactive group workshops that derive their basis from personal and social domains, Ritesh collaborates with communities, teams, corporate houses, and institutions that share a common goal. He works with these groups to help them integrate their core values, innate gifts, and life purpose in the actualisation of their shared vision.
These groups could range from students and teams working together in an official set up to emerging or established leadership and self-help groups trying to make a difference in the world.
Some of the themes around which the workshop designs revolve are
The workshops elevate the groups to:

Sometimes, as parents, we believe that parenthood is about letting go of our own sense of being to create a fulfilled life for our children. We presume that parenting is a choice between either ‘us’ or ‘our children’. We assume that when we choose our children over us, we become perfect parents.
However, if we look deeper, we will find that this is a mere construct of mind. Our children do not need the so-called ‘perfect parents’. They need real parents who are in touch with their own needs and, as a consequence, are empathetic towards and aware of the needs of their children.
While material sacrifices may be required, starving our own soul of its purpose is less likely to help us raise happy children. It is important for us to understand that:
Being a parent coach, Ritesh partners with you as a confidante who helps you untangle the limiting beliefs and expectations attached with the sanctity of parenting. He works with you to facilitate an honest dialogue with your own authentic self and live truly to your innate values and purpose in life without letting go of the well-being of your children.
Reach out to Ritesh in order to reconnect with your sense of self and find an intricate balance between ‘you as an individual’ and ‘you as a parent’.
Years of formation, or what can also be called the youthful years of one’s life, are marked with crucial transitions. It is that time of life when we are wanting independence but needing security. It is that time of life when we want to express our opinions and have a voice but at the same time feel the need for recognition and validation. It is that time of life when we want our space but at the same time feel the need for making deep connections with others. It is that time of life when we want to negotiate and challenge authority with our parents but at the same time feel the need to be accepted and understood by them.
And as if all of these contrasts were not enough, it is also that time of life when our aspirations begin to shape. We begin to see ourselves as active contributors to our environment. We want to do big, be big. We want to take a direction in life that leads us to success. We want to find clarity, our inner calling, and a path that intrigues us.
Needless to say, it is that time of life that comes with a plethora of emotions and ideas which when not channelised have the power to become triggers of confusion but when well-channelised transform into opportunities for a life of purpose.
It is this higher path that coaching for formative years empowers individuals to tread on. This is how Ritesh works with the young:
Turn Emotions into Intentions: Ritesh lends a listening ear to the emotions, feelings, and thoughts of the individuals he interacts with; and then partners with them to flesh out meaningful intentions from these emotions.
Prune Intentions using Perspective: Once the intentions have been clearly identified, Ritesh offers an experienced outlook and perspective to these desires and works on pruning them for a more fruitful growth.
Transform Perspective into Action: Ritesh engages with the young to inspire action and to transform the perspective they have gained on their intentions into goals. He helps them set goals that are measurable and actionable.
Encourage Reflection and Introspection: Ritesh stirs and facilitates a process of guided reflection and introspection with the individuals he partners with on the results achieved from putting their intentions into actions.
Connect with Ritesh to help you walk through the labyrinth of emotions that accompany formative years and assist you to extract the best out of the gaps between ‘too young’ and ‘too old’.
What each one of us is seeking in our lives may differ significantly from one another, yet there is definitely universality in the age-long saying, ‘What you seek is seeking you’. Sometimes a tiny nudge, a slight direction, and a fine balance between who you are and what you do is all you need to attend to what you are seeking.
As a life coach, Ritesh partners with you to achieve this ‘seeking’ by helping you connect with your most authentic self and align your ‘doing’ with your ‘being’. He supports you in manifesting the grandest vision and version of the life you want – and definitely deserve – by unleashing the wisdom within of your core values, your innate talents, and your life purpose.
Your core values are the qualities that originate from your divine or higher nature and that you are here to offer to the world. Your innate gifts are the talents, skills, knowledge, and personal capacities that you are naturally endowed with as a part of your higher self. Your core values, along with your innate gifts, help you fulfill your life purpose which, in other words, is something that you are uniquely qualified and imprinted to contribute to the world. It is the calling of your divine, higher self. Through his ‘Coaching for Life’ offering, Ritesh helps you re-turn to this authentic world of yours and use it to guide your day-to-day living.
