While all of us can hold space for one another and make this world a kinder place to be in, becoming a masterful coach to help someone access their inner self and achieve the grandest version of their lives requires a specialised set of skills and mindset. Thus, for Ritesh, embarking on the path of becoming a life coach meant enrolling himself for programs that could help him in his journey.

Today, with over 1000 plus successful coaching hours with clients, Ritesh is a Professional Certified Coach — a designation conferred by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for demonstrating knowledge and proficient use of the core coaching skills.

He has also received International Certification in Career Coaching and Guidance (Masters Level) from Mindler (India), National Career Development Association (USA), and Career Development Alliance (USA).

They have demonstrated knowledge and proficient application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching. Earners show a commitment to high ethical standards and have demonstrated, through rigorous assessment, competence in using a variety of behaviours and skills in their work with clients. The PCC is renewed every three years.

Before someone close referred Ritesh to me, I was doing strictly alright in my life. I am generally a happy-go-lucky person, but the lockdown brought a completely new low for me, both personally as well as professionally. By the grace of God, I still had my job but I found myself questioning a lot with respect to what I am doing and what I really want to do.

In my sessions with Ritesh, I was taken by how intently Ritesh would listen to all that I had to say and would encourage me to comfortably share. He helped me bring to surface and unpeel the layers of quite a lot of things that had happened which I had clearly ignored up until my sessions. I was amazed at how well Ritesh understood it all and while he was mostly warm and nice, he was also direct and frank with his questions. They always pushed me to think deeper and gain clarity.  Personally, the clarity and courage I gained through his sessions helped me carry out the resolutions I was setting for myself in my sessions. As a result, I could see a visible change in the environment around me.
