If someone told you that you are a happy person, what would you do with that thought? Would you accept it? Would you reject it? Or would you remain open to the possibility? Who do you think is the ultimate authority that can help you decide whether you are a happy person? Is it someone outside you or you yourself?
Let’s suppose you thought that you are not as happy as you seem and wish to be more happy, who do you think can help you in this process? Would it be someone outside of you who is happier than you or you yourself?
Usually, when we want to achieve something in life – personal or professional, we are made to think that people or agencies outside of us who already have what we are seeking can help us. We are made to assume that they can show us and assess what is working in our reality, what needs to change, and how to go about it.
While external help may be useful, more often than not any real transformation in our reality can only be driven internally. And for that, we need accessment to our inner self (our being) rather than assessment of what we do (our doing).
To access means to tap into something that is readily available to us and is ours. To assess, on the other hand, means to evaluate that which is before us. While the former empowers us with the belief that there are abundant faculties within us working in our favour, the latter fixates us to the notion that our own nature is lacking.
But think about it: If your divine source manifests itself through your divine nature, how can it be lacking of anything you need? Could it be that you only need to uncover the layers and reveal what is already within you? Most likely, yes!
Ritesh works with the thought that each life throbs with a purpose that is unique to it. He believes that each one of us has a personal value system – our core values – and a set of natural talents that form our being. Our being is a mirror to our divine source, our divine nature. When our doing (our actions) are in sync with our being (our divine nature), we live to our highest potential and are able to transform any life situation we may be in a way that serves us.
Through the Self Accessment Initiative, Ritesh partners with you to help you reunite with your being – your core values, natural talents, and life purpose – and access them whenever you need to guide your day-to-day life.

I wasn’t too happy and satisfied with the choices I was making within my professional space. Yet, to be able to break the cycle of those choices was not something that I was able to implement myself. This led me to an unhappy zone at work wherein I would question my capabilities every now and then. Despite working really hard, I wasn’t able to achieve the desired outcomes. It was during this time that I decided to seek external support.
From my first session with Mr. Bhatia, I knew he was the coach for me. I had never had a life coach before. But the conversations that I could have with Ritesh were so powerful and organic that I felt comfortable right from the start. His sessions have helped me make empowered choices at work and grow professionally. I, now, work with immense confidence and purpose professionally. The impact has also trickled down to my personal life where I am able to now find a greater balance. His sessions have been instrumental in bringing zeal and love in my work and life in general. Taking up life coaching sessions with Ritesh has been one of the best decisions of my life.

When do you feel your best, happiest self? Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and invest a minute to ponder on the question. Do you hear an inner voice trying to speak to you?
Where does this voice originate from? Could it be possible that there exists within you something truly powerful and magnificent that knows the answers even before the questions are asked?
What would a connection to such a powerful and magnificent self feel like? How would it change the course of your everyday life? Would it make you a fuller person?
Life coaching is a guided journey that you embark on to come face to face with your powerful and magnificent sense of self. This personal expedition to happiness and fulfilment is based on the premise that there throbs in each one of us an evolved being, a divine source, our core that has innate wisdom available in the form of our life purpose, core values, and natural talents that are unique to us.
Once you learn to identify and make use of this treasure-chest stored safely in your core, you begin to unravel for yourself a life of abundance, well-being, and emotional prosperity. It provides and nourishes you with the resources that you require to not only solve your day-to-day challenges (such as how do I work towards a promotion, how do I become more honest in my relationships) but also receive higher intelligence on some of the existential seekings of your soul (such as how does my work fit in my larger vision of life, how is my higher sense of self manifesting in my relationships).
The more you begin to use your innate talents and core values to align your actions with your powerful magnificent self, the more truly and in entirety you begin to accomplish your life purpose. This rhythm that you, thus, create between your core and your actions – your ‘being’ and your ‘doing’ – empowers you to:
In a nutshell, life coaching is an introspective process that encourages you to open up and receive the infinite wisdom from the deepest and highest version of you in order to help you live your best, happiest self.
And when do you feel your best, happiest self? Every time you cherish and live by your core!
While you may have heard the words ‘coach’, ‘mentor’, and ‘counsellor’ being used interchangeably with one another, the approach that each one of them takes to help an individual varies significantly.
A coach is someone who partners with you ‘in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximise your personal and professional potential’. The intent of a coach is not to limit you with their own beliefs of which areas of your life you should improve and how, but instead their goal is to empower you in defining your own desired area of growth and then connecting with the answers within to stimulate transformation. Therefore, the way of the coach is not offering you advice or suggestions but prompting you with a series of questions and tasks. The coach perceives you as a ‘whole’ being with a strong core where all solutions are found and pathways of new ways of being in the world are developed.
A mentor is usually an experienced professional who is believed to have seniority and more knowledge over the individual he or she is mentoring. A mentor does not really look at fleshing out answers and solutions from within you. Their goal, instead, is to share with you the knowledge they have gathered as a result of their expertise. Therefore, the way of a mentor is to define goals in consensus with you and then give you a plan of action to achieve them.
A counsellor is a medically certified professional who can help you deal with mental health and personality issues. It is important to remember that ‘while coaching can be therapeutic, it is not therapy’. It is only a counsellor who has the expertise and the authority to handle an individual with a mental health requirement. The way of a counsellor is based on medical models and treatments.
Needless to say, all three approaches are useful, and have a specific purpose to serve. Having a clear understanding of what you are looking for in an engagement with a helping professional can support you in deciding which one of them you should work with.
Based on half a decade of experience in the area of coaching, Ritesh believes that there is no life which cannot transform and become fuller and happier through the means of life coaching.
Yet, for the sake of convenience, the simple checklist given below can help you identify if life coaching is what you are looking for at the moment.
If you resonate with any of the above, working with a life coach can help you redesign your environment and nourish beliefs, attitudes, and actions that serve your core values and purpose.
We live on a planet which spreads across 510 million square kilometres in surface area yet, despite its massiveness, a mere 5 inches screen has made available to us almost all the information we need. That too in an instant of a touch!
Come to think of it – what is it in life that we cannot search over the web and find answers to? Almost nothing! Except the workings of our inner being, our core values, our natural talents, and our life purpose! The answers for those can only be driven from within which is why they become the key to success, achievement, and fulfilment in life.
Through his series of interactive group workshops that derive their basis from personal and social domains, Ritesh collaborates with communities, teams, corporate houses, and institutions that share a common goal. He works with these groups to help them integrate their core values, innate gifts, and life purpose in the actualisation of their shared vision.
These groups could range from students and teams working together in an official set up to emerging or established leadership and self-help groups trying to make a difference in the world.
Some of the themes around which the workshop designs revolve are
The workshops elevate the groups to:

Sometimes, as parents, we believe that parenthood is about letting go of our own sense of being to create a fulfilled life for our children. We presume that parenting is a choice between either ‘us’ or ‘our children’. We assume that when we choose our children over us, we become perfect parents.
However, if we look deeper, we will find that this is a mere construct of mind. Our children do not need the so-called ‘perfect parents’. They need real parents who are in touch with their own needs and, as a consequence, are empathetic towards and aware of the needs of their children.
While material sacrifices may be required, starving our own soul of its purpose is less likely to help us raise happy children. It is important for us to understand that:
Being a parent coach, Ritesh partners with you as a confidante who helps you untangle the limiting beliefs and expectations attached with the sanctity of parenting. He works with you to facilitate an honest dialogue with your own authentic self and live truly to your innate values and purpose in life without letting go of the well-being of your children.

Years of formation, or what can also be called the youthful years of one’s life, are marked with crucial transitions. It is that time of life when we are wanting independence but needing security. It is that time of life when we want to express our opinions and have a voice but at the same time feel the need for recognition and validation. It is that time of life when we want our space but at the same time feel the need for making deep connections with others. It is that time of life when we want to negotiate and challenge authority with our parents but at the same time feel the need to be accepted and understood by them.
And as if all of these contrasts were not enough, it is also that time of life when our aspirations begin to shape. We begin to see ourselves as active contributors to our environment. We want to do big, be big. We want to take a direction in life that leads us to success. We want to find clarity, our inner calling, and a path that intrigues us.
Needless to say, it is that time of life that comes with a plethora of emotions and ideas which when not channelised have the power to become triggers of confusion but when well-channelised transform into opportunities for a life of purpose.
It is this higher path that coaching for formative years empowers individuals to tread on. This is how Ritesh works with the young:
Turn Emotions into Intentions: Ritesh lends a listening ear to the emotions, feelings, and thoughts of the individuals he interacts with; and then partners with them to flesh out meaningful intentions from these emotions.
Prune Intentions using Perspective: Once the intentions have been clearly identified, Ritesh offers an experienced outlook and perspective to these desires and works on pruning them for a more fruitful growth.
Transform Perspective into Action: Ritesh engages with the young to inspire action and to transform the perspective they have gained on their intentions into goals. He helps them set goals that are measurable and actionable.
Encourage Reflection and Introspection: Ritesh stirs and facilitates a process of guided reflection and introspection with the individuals he partners with on the results achieved from putting their intentions into actions.
Connect with Ritesh to help you walk through the labyrinth of emotions that accompany formative years and assist you to extract the best out of the gaps between ‘too young’ and ‘too old’.
What each one of us is seeking in our lives may differ significantly from one another, yet there is definitely universality in the age-long saying, ‘What you seek is seeking you’. Sometimes a tiny nudge, a slight direction, and a fine balance between who you are and what you do is all you need to attend to what you are seeking.
As a life coach, Ritesh partners with you to achieve this ‘seeking’ by helping you connect with your most authentic self and align your ‘doing’ with your ‘being’. He supports you in manifesting the grandest vision and version of the life you want – and definitely deserve – by unleashing the wisdom within of your core values, your innate talents, and your life purpose.
Your core values are the qualities that originate from your divine or higher nature and that you are here to offer to the world. Your innate gifts are the talents, skills, knowledge, and personal capacities that you are naturally endowed with as a part of your higher self. Your core values, along with your innate gifts, help you fulfill your life purpose which, in other words, is something that you are uniquely qualified and imprinted to contribute to the world. It is the calling of your divine, higher self. Through his ‘Coaching for Life’ offering, Ritesh helps you re-turn to this authentic world of yours and use it to guide your day-to-day living.
